June 2006 - Canyoning Video - The canyon in Abdet (in the Alicante - Valencia region of the Costa Blanca) is called the Barranco de Meli and it offers great sport year round. In summer it can be done just in shorts and t shirt (except after heavy rain). If the water is at all cool them you will need a wetsuit (this also helps with your bouyancy).

June 2006 - A new updated topo for the El Flare drags in the Guadalest valley is now online. Recent additions include some great grade 4 and 5 climbs. The recent "Dias Halcòn" (Falcon Days) butress is named after the rather gory remains left by a bird of prey near the lower of point!

May 2006 - New walk descriptions - We have added another great walking route and gallery to our web site. This latest walk does not appear in any guidebooks and it explores a superb hillside of Pinnacles we call "The Lost World".
